Cook and mash boiled vegetables like potatoes, green peas,
cauliflower, and capsicum. Stir fry garlic paste, chopped onions
till soft, chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp Amrit pav bhaji masala, chili
powder, and salt. Fry until well cooked. Add the boiled vegetables
and water for consistency. Simmer for some time till well mixed and
cooked. Sever with sprinkled kasoori methi and coriander.
